This communication deals with understanding, emotion, and social bond. It is direct, spontaneous, flexible. It does not follow any path as it is like a grapevine it spread fast in any direction. It is personal, unofficial, and mostly verbal. This type of communication helps in creating a healthy environment to work in.
Informal Communication is conveyed through verbal and gestural means in all directions with the help of the following media:
1. Personal conversation and gossip.
2. Unofficial discussion.
3. Facial expression.
4. Body movement.

3. Probability chain.
