According to my understanding, HRM is one of the essential parts of a business enterprise as we need to manage humans so we required professionals for the same. HRM tries various tools and techniques to make the work done by each individual, they took care of with organizational goals personal goals should also be achieved by this means managers can take out the best from there employees. Managers always try to motivate his team to work to their optimum skills, for this they use various motivation tools like the most important is job security, incentives, hikes, perks, promotion or including them in decision making and discussions which boosts them.

As an HR leader, your list of responsibilities goes way beyond arranging benefits and having tough conversations about employee behavior or performance. Make sure your employees know that you care about them as human beings by focusing a good portion of your efforts on facilitating an enviably engaging, high-performing, and fulfilling company culture. In this way, workers get to know about the problems which are faced by the top-level management and learn how to deal with it, this helps to make future managers for the organization. The main work of HRM is to keep an eye on each and every individual and if there is any issue solving it with the interest of an individual. Ultimately we can say that HRM is the backbone of an organization
that gives support to the whole business. As they need to create coordination between employees working at different levels.
